Ms Esme Blignaut: Lecturer

Esme Blignaut has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Esme has a wealth of experience ranging from managing her own business, lecturing, finance and managing projects for FEDICS. She has also been involved with managing purchasing control and logistics for famous Chef’s such as David Higgs. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Dietectics and a BTech in Business Administration. She has also completed a Diploma in Wine studies through the Cape Wine Academy. Esme lectures Accounting, Nutrition, Wine Studies and Revenue and Menu Management.
